DEMCO Public Company Limited would like to inform The Stock Exchange of Thailand that the using of capital raising from the exercise of Company's warrant No.1 (DEMCO-W1), on the exercise date of September 30 2009 and December 30, 2009 totally 2,101,216 units to 2,369,940 shares amounting to Bath 9,455,292.24 has been reserved as working capital of the company.
