TRADING SUSPENSION AND LISTING STATUS TERMINATION OF DEMCO-W1

Demco Public Company Limited (DEMCO) announced the maturity of the warrants to subscribe the newly issued shares of Demco Public Company Limited No.1 (DEMCO-W1) with exercise notice period starting from March 4-24, 2010. The exercise date to subscribe to its common shares is on March 25, 2010. The closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from March 4-25, 2010.

Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, DEMCO has requested the SET to suspend trading of DEMCO-W1 effective from February 26 to March 25, 2010. (Detail as in DEMCO's news in SET SMART dated on January 29, 2010)

By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on 9 February 1995,the SET will suspend trading of DEMCO-W1 from February 26 to March 25, 2010 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be listed securities on the SET since March 26, 2010 onwards.
